At GrowBasket, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Includes original invoice or proof of purchase
- The product is not part of a non-returnable category
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used cosmetics and personal care items
- Perishable goods like food or organic fertilizers
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Clearance or final sale products
3. Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for items that are:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective upon arrival
- Incorrectly shipped (wrong item or variant)
- Exchanged products will be delivered within 7 days
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for return pickup or an address for the courier.
5. Refund Policy
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 3 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
- However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. The customer service team, after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any refunds approved by MR RAJA A, it will take 3 days for the refund to be processed to you.
