• All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer, and we’ll notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Partners

We work with reliable courier services across India to ensure timely and safe delivery. Depending on your location and product category, delivery is handled by leading logistics providers.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days
• Some remote areas may require extra time depending on courier accessibility.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above a minimum value (as specified on the product page or during checkout).
• For orders below that value, a nominal shipping fee will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment in real time from our “Track My Order” page.

6. Delivery Issues

In case of delivery delays, damaged products, or wrong shipments, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos if needed. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

7. International Shipping
